Since 2002, I have been practicing, studying and disseminating the Ancient knowledge of Yoga and Meditation as tools of evolution and health for today's man. I accompany people to reach a condition of greater psychophysical balance, concentration and inner calm through experiences within the reach of all those who wish to learn about the wonderful world of Yoga.
