Welcome to Sailing Lignano, the fully equipped area for all sea lovers located at the Wind Village (Beach Office 6 - Sport&Fun Area).

Here, the Zoccarato family has been the benchmark for local sailing since 1952. A passion that began with Elia Zoccarato, a pioneer of sailing in Lignano and "sporting father" to generations of sailors, now carried forward by his son, Andrea Zoccarato.

As a FIV (Italian Sailing Federation) certified instructor with a strong background of success in national and international competitions, Andrea is the heart and soul of the facility. In addition to coaching for Yacht Club Lignano, he personally oversees sailing courses for adults, rental operations, and berthing/storage for private boats.

What you'll find at Sailing Lignano

We offer a fleet of around 50 boats including Optimists, Lasers (ILCA), 420s, 470s, and Catamarans, backed by 4 support and safety craft to ensure you enjoy the sea in complete safety and tranquility.

• 🎓 Adult Sailing Courses & Personal Coaching: Guided by Andrea Zoccarato, you can take your first steps on the water or refine your technique with lessons tailored to your specific needs.
• ⚓ Private Boat Storage: If you have your own boat and want a front-row spot in Lignano Sabbiadoro, our fenced and equipped area is the ideal choice. We offer dedicated spaces for seasonal storage or visiting sailors, complete with walkways, fresh water, and a designated sea channel for easy launching and returning.

🤝 In Synergy with Yacht Club Lignano ASD

Sailing Lignano works closely with Yacht Club Lignano ASD, sharing the same venue at the Wind Village. From this partnership stems the only Italian Sailing Federation (FIV) recognized sailing school in Lignano Sabbiadoro, offering school educational projects, courses for ages 6 and up, and competitive youth training.
