These regulations govern the rental and use of safety deposit boxes installed at the beach umbrellas of Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni Spa.
1.Availability and Limitations
Safes are available in limited numbers. Availability for each beach office is as follows:
- Off. 1 - 5 safes
- Off. 1bis - 7 safes
- Off. 1ter/4 - 15 safes
- Off. 5 - 5 safes
- Off. 6 - 9 safes
- Off. 7 - 20 safes
- Off. 10 - 10 safes
- Off. 11 - 12 safes
- Off. 17 - 12 safes
- Off. 18 - 5 safes
Eligibility: The service is exclusively reserved for customers occupying "Standard" or "Oza" umbrella models.
Exclusions: For technical compatibility reasons, safes cannot be installed at the Gazebos.
2.Booking Process
Reservations can only be made in person at the Beach Office desks. Online booking is not available. The service can only be activated for periods of 5 consecutive days or more.
3.Rates and Discounts
- Standard Rate: €2.00 per day.
- Reduced Rate (Seasonal Customers): Seasonal pass holders are entitled to a flat rate of €250.00 for the entire season (approx. €1.75 per day).
4.Key Collection and Security Deposit
The key will be handed over upon full payment of the booked period.
Security Deposit: A €10.00 deposit is required upon key collection. This amount will be fully refunded when the key is returned at the end of the rental period. In case of loss or failure to return the key, the €10.00 deposit will be retained as a flat-rate reimbursement fee.
5.Responsibility and Return
The safe must be used exclusively for storing small personal items. The Company is not responsible for the contents, nor for any damage or theft. The key must be returned to the Beach Office desk by closing time on the final day of the rental period.
