A unique experience to discover the Grado lagoon and some jewels of the lower Friuli area: Aquileia, Strassoldo and Torviscosa. You can cycle through important places linked to the history of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

EXCURSION DETAILS

The departure is programmed on Fridays at 7:45 am from the Beach Village (Beach Office n.7 - Lignano Sabbiadoro). Then we go together to Darsena di Porto Vecchio where we take the boat to Grado*.

From Grado we'll go by bike to Marano riding through cities of Friuli Venezia Giulia region that are famous for their history: Aquileia, an importanto roman city, Strassoldo and its castle, Torviscosa and its early '900 architecture.

In Marano the boat that will carry the the cyclists back Darsena di Porto Vecchio in Lignano will be waiting for the group.

As an alternative, for the passionate bike lovers it is possible to continue by bike to Lignano on their own.

The arrival is at around 7.00 pm at Darsena di Porto Vecchio.
