Stella Bike & Laguna Bike

The Santa Maria boat is back again this year with many new excursions and a range of itineraries for every day of the week, even by bike!

From 2018 the new elements include:

The Stella Bike excursion every Tuesday afternoon from 3.30 pm departing from Lignano to the first stop at the Bilancia di Bepi from where you can choose between two different routes: the first of which foresees a second stage to the Chapel of Titian, from where you can continue by bicycle as far as Lignano while the second route from here continues by bike to Marano Lagunare, where the Marano - Lignano SAF ferry line (or an exclusive boat with prior reservation) will take you back to Lignano to the starting point.

The second new route is the Laguna Bike excursion every Wednesday and Friday starting at 9:30 am from the Darsena Vecchia in Lignano Sabbiadoro. The excursion includes a trip by boat to the Port of Grado to continue cycling along the AlpeAdria Bikeway passing through Aquileia, Terzo D'Aquileia, Cervignano, Torviscosa and continuing along cycle paths to Lignano Sabbiadoro (a total distance of about 69 km). To reduce the distance, you can take a detour towards Marano and take the SAF Marano - Lignano ferry for the return journey (about 35km).

Passengers need to provide their own bicycle.

The cost for each journey by boat is €15 for adults, children up to 6 years go free and up to 12 years the cost is €10
