Free Workout with a Skyfitness Personal Trainer

Have you already had the chance to try the new Skyfitness gym by Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA at the new Sport&Fun area (Beach Office 6 in Sabbiadoro)?

In collaboration with Skyfitness, on the afternoons of Friday, July 24th and Friday, August 7th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a qualified Personal Trainer will be at your complete disposal to help you optimize your workout by the sea.

Whether you are an experienced athlete or a fitness enthusiast looking to stay active on vacation, you will be able to:

Try out the brand-new equipment installed directly on the sand.
Receive personalized advice for your workout, proper exercise execution, and training routines.
Work out in the open air, just steps away from the sea.

Admission and trainer consultations are completely free and with open access: just turn up in your workout gear!
