Gyms Palestra Technogym

The Technogym gym it's situated at the Lignano Sabbiadoro n. 7 beach office, inside the Beach Village, the entertainment village which already includes many sport and fun activities.

The Technogym gym is an evolution of the gym introduced in 2017 at the 1TER office in Sabbiadoro which in the summer of 2018 was moved to a tensile structure located directly on the beach and enriched with new equipment.

The machines can be used free of charge by beach customers who wish to stay fit even on vacation. It is mandatory to complete and sign a liability waiver and a health declaration before using the equipment.

The Technogym fitness center is open from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
It features twelve machines, including adductor and abductor machines for leg exercises, equipment for arm toning, and classic spinning bikes that can be used independently or during organized classes led by the entertainment team.
In fact, the Technogym fitness center is integrated into the daily fitness program offered by the animation staff.
