NOTICE FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN REGARDS TO SPONSORING RECREATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES ORGANISED FOR THE YEAR OF 2015 BY LIGNANO SABBIADORO GESTIONI SPA
Pursuant to Article 119 of Italian Legislative Decree 267/2000 “Sponsorship contracts, partnership agreements and conventions:’
pursuant to the articles of association, which state in Article 3: “The company’s purpose is to organise, coordinate and promote activities that provide the substantial economic basis for the development of the consortium’s interests, relative to the management of economic tourist business interests in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, in the local context that falls under the same territorial area that lies within the competence of AIAT in Lignano Sabbiadoro and Marano Lagoon.”
granted that Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA organises and freely provides various recreational and entertainment activities to beach guests, at different areas of the beach, in particular Beach Village at office 4, Beach Village 2 at office 10 and the entertainment point at beach office 17, as well as the Beach Arena at beach office 7.
These areas have been furnished with equipment, such as stages, with and without roofs, and layher towers or a fully equipped fitness area and they provide a large area that is intended to customised. The said areas attract a large number of people every day during the summer season thanks to the quality of the services and the fact that the services are free, ensuring high visibility to any brands that are featured in the areas or with which the areas are personalised.
The Company, via this notice, intends to encourage the submission of sponsorship offers to support the entertainment and leisure activities that are freely offered by the resort.
SPONSORSHIP SCOPE AND CONDITIONS
The Company undertakes to provide specific provisions in order to disseminate the image of the sponsor for adverting reasons; the sponsor agrees to pay a specific amount, in cash or goods and services, which corresponds to the provisions, in order to advertise the corporate brand.
The following may be offered by way of sponsorship:
- Financial contribution
- Supply of materials, equipment or services for the activities provided for by Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni, such as
ü Production of flyers or posters
ü Supply of promotional freebies
ü Supply of T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Shirts and Shorts to be used as uniforms by the Company’s employees that deal with the public
ü Perforated mesh nets that can be used to “dress” the three stages located within Lignano Sabbiadoro beach and the one found in Piazza Marcello D’Olivo in Lignano Pineta.
The Company reserves the right to evaluate additional offers to supply goods and/or services that are not included in the above list.
The Company may use more than one sponsor, until the organisational expenses of the leisure and recreational activities that are offered freely to the resort’s guests have been reached.
Sponsorship offers will be evaluated by the Company, taking into account the subject, type, economic value and the compatibility of the offer compared to the initiatives to be organised.
In particular, it should be noted that sponsorship offers that conflict with the interests of the Company’s shareholders will not be accepted, or where ever they were not considered to be suitable or in keeping with the nature of the initiatives.
The sponsor of the leisure and entertainment activities organised by the Company will be entitled to display their own logo
a) on the Company’s website www.lignanosabbiadoro.it with a direct link to its own website link
b) on the marketing materials for the activities
c) on the promotional freebies
Sponsorship will be formalised with a specific sponsorship contract in which all the details of the respective rights and obligations will be described, any sanctions in the instance of default and the regulations for any disputes and reasons for withdrawal.
Sponsorship will last for the year of 2015.
Sponsorship is subject to VAT: The Company will provide the sponsor with an invoice.
The regulations covering VAT apply even when the sponsor supplies goods and services. In such an instance the Company would provide the sponsor with an invoice of equal value.
TENDER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Interested parties may submit a sponsorship offer to Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA by 12.00pm on the 23 March 2015.
The sponsorship offer, completed with the attached form, must contain:
- the details of the tenderer and/or the company name;
- the subject of the sponsorship and the consequent obligations of the sponsor, according to the content of this notice;
- the content of the advertising message that would constitute the subject of the contract, or an indication of the logo that would be used, as well as attaching a digital copy;
- the economic quantification of the amount/provision of services/ supply of goods offered;
- acceptance of the conditions given in this notice
- the tender must be accompanied by self-certification:
a) the absence of obstacles with the Public Administration hindering contracting, pursuant to Article 38 of Italian Legislative Decree 163/2006;
b) declaration of being registered to the competent Chamber of Commerce;
c) substitutive declaration of DURC certification that complies with the regulations concerning obligations of social security and tax payments to the relevant authorities.
