On clear days, beach office 1 BIS offers a stunning, single panoramic view of the entire Gulf of Trieste and the Julian Alps—a unique blend of sea and mountains.
To the left, beach office 1 BIS borders the free public beach, and to the right, it neighbors "Bagno Italia". Furthermore, it is located just a few meters away from the central pedestrian area of Via Udine.
Within the area, there is a bocce court available for tourists to use free of charge, in compliance with the game regulations, as well as a small play area with a slide dedicated to children.
Accessible Services
Adjacent to beach office 1 BIS, you will find barrier-free restrooms and showers, freely accessible to all tourists. Hot water is available for a fee and can be easily used by purchasing rechargeable wristbands at the ticket counter.
Maximum attention is dedicated to guests with disabilities:
- Dedicated stations: Subject to availability, it is possible to request shaded spots close to the walkways.
- Walkway extension: Upon request, the walkway can be extended right under the umbrella to allow for even more comfortable access.
- J.O.B. Chairs: By contacting the beach staff, guests can use special J.O.B. chairs, which allow clients with reduced mobility to easily reach the shoreline.
