The New “Residence Nouméa” is a four story-building equipped with lift, beautiful terraces and private car parks.
The furnished apartments for two or six people are new, fitted with air conditioning, heating, canal sat, cooking area or kitchen, living room, sofa or bed-settee, bedrooms with two beds, bathroom with bidet and box-shower.
At your disposal, there is a special room for your beach equipment, a store room for your bicycle and a coin laundry.
It’s situated in front of the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro and it has a lovely view.
Thanks to the magnificent position, the center of the city of Lignano Sabbiadoro is very easy and fast to reach and here you can walk along the main streets with elegant shops, a lot of arcades for children, many pizzerias, ice-cream shops, cafes and local wine shops.
