La Granseola is one of the oldest restaurants in Lignano Pineta, with 50 years of history at its back. In 2003 it was renovated by its new owners.
It is a spacious, yet welcoming, environment with a stunning Friuli folgar - fireplace - inside and a captivating sea view. The fine cuisine specialises in seafood dishes in particular, but offers a good selection of Italian meat and a large choice of starters.
The pizzeria has a wood-burning oven.
Themed evenings and tasting sessions are organised in the winter.
