Welcome to the sports area of Beach Office 6. The use of the area is public and open to all visitors of the resort, with no obligation to be customers of the beach services or facilities of Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni S.p.A. To ensure enjoyment, safety, and respect for all guests, please strictly observe the following provisions:
OPENING HOURS
The area is active every day according to the periods and hours displayed (09:00 - 12:00 / 15:00 - 19:00). Outside of these time slots, the use of the structures and courts is not permitted.
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
The stage, fitness area, and spinning bikes are reserved for the exclusive use of activities scheduled and led by the official entertainment staff.
FREE SPORTS COURTS
The Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis, and Bocce courts are available free of charge to all users. In order to guarantee the right to play, in case of multiple people present, it is mandatory to take turns (maximum duration of 60 minutes per session).
SKYFITNESS GYM
The user utilizes the facilities under their own exclusive responsibility, ensuring they possess the psycho-physical fitness for non-competitive sports activity. Access is permitted exclusively to individuals over 18 years of age or over 14 years of age accompanied by an adult.
SPINNING BIKES
Without prejudice to the conditions of responsibility and age referred to in point 4, for the use of spinning bikes it is mandatory to fill out, sign, and hand over the liability waiver form to the staff present before each workout. If the equipment is used by a minor, the self-declaration must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
PADEL COURTS
The use of Padel courts is permitted exclusively upon reservation and payment of the dedicated rate at the Sport&Fun Point cash desk. The specific regulation is posted near the courts.
MINORS AND SUPERVISION
Minors must be constantly supervised by their parents or legal guardians. The Management declines all liability for incidents or injuries resulting from the lack of supervision of minors.
DECORUM AND SAFETY
Inside the entire sports area, it is forbidden to smoke, introduce glass containers, strollers on the courts, or animals. Behavior based on fair play and appropriate language is required. Any damage caused to the structures due to improper use will be charged to those responsible. Furthermore, it is mandatory to wear appropriate sportswear.
LIABILITY AND SUSPENSION
The Management declines all liability for injuries, traumas, loss, or theft of personal objects left unattended. The staff reserves the right to suspend activities or close the courts in case of bad weather or maintenance needs, as well as to remove anyone who does not comply with the rules of these regulations.
