TIMES AND SLOT DURATION

The courts can be used exclusively upon reservation during the following daily shifts:

• Morning: from 09:00 to 12:00
• Afternoon: from 15:00 to 19:00

The duration of each individual game session is strictly 90 minutes (1 hour and a half). When the time expires, players are required to leave the court promptly so as not to penalize the subsequent shift.

RATES AND RESERVATION

The court usage fee is €10.00 per person for a 90-minute slot (e.g., total €40.00 per match for 4 players). The reservation is considered confirmed only upon advance payment of the fee at the Sport&Fun Point - beach office 6 of Sabbiadoro.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL (Rackets and balls)

For guests who do not have their own equipment, the management provides racket and ball rentals, subject to availability.

• Cost: the rental cost for a racket is €3.00 per use. The cost also includes some game balls.
• Deposit: The collection of the equipment is subject to the temporary deposit of a valid identity document, which will be returned upon delivery of the material.
• Damage and breakage: In the event of structural breakage of the racket due to improper use (e.g., violent impact against the glass, grids, ground, or partner's racket), the player is required to compensate for the damage by paying a flat-rate penalty fee of €10.00 upon return.

CANCELLATIONS AND BAD WEATHER

• Cancellation terms: Cancellations of reservations are accepted exclusively by 19:00 on the day preceding the reserved slot. Failure to comply with this deadline will allow the Management to refuse further future reservations from the user.
• Adverse weather conditions: In the event of bad weather that renders the court impracticable or dangerous (e.g., heavy rain or strong wind), the Management reserves the right to cancel the matches and arrange the early closure of the facilities.
• Refund policy: Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

CLOTHING AND CHANGING ROOMS

• Suitable footwear: Access to the courts is permitted exclusively with suitable sports footwear (sneakers or tennis shoes). It is strictly forbidden to play barefoot, in slippers, flip-flops, or with footwear that could damage the synthetic turf.
• Appropriate clothing: It is not permitted to play shirtless or in a wet swimsuit. Players must wear a t-shirt/tank top and shorts/skirt.
• Sand: Before entering the court, players must remove excess sand from their feet and shoes.
• Changing room service: Players can use the changing rooms in the area free of charge, located at the Sport&Fun Point (Beach Office 6 of Sabbiadoro).

RULES OF CONDUCT AND SAFETY

• Use of safety straps: For safety reasons, it is mandatory to wear the racket (pala) strap around the wrist during play.
• Respect for the facilities: It is forbidden to climb on the grids, hit the glass with rackets, and/or damage the net. Any damage caused by improper use will be charged to those responsible.
• Safety & Exemption from liability: The Management declines all liability for injuries, traumas, or damages suffered by participants during the use of the facilities, as well as for the loss or theft of personal items left inside or near the courts.
• Liability waiver obligation: To use the courts, it is mandatory to fill out, sign, and hand over the liability waiver and release form to the staff present in the area.
• Entering the court: It is forbidden to access the courts before your reservation time if the previous match is still in progress.
• Food and drinks: It is forbidden to consume food and introduce glass bottles or cans inside the courts. Only plastic bottles or water bottles are allowed.
• Smoking: It is absolutely forbidden to smoke (including electronic cigarettes) inside the courts and in the immediately adjacent areas.
• Animals: Animals are not allowed inside the game cage.
• Behavior: The use of vulgar, profane language or unsportsmanlike behavior that may disturb other beach guests or players on other courts is forbidden.

SANCTIONS AND MEASURES

The management of the beach establishment reserves the right to remove from the court and refuse future reservations from users who repeatedly violate these regulations or who maintain disrespectful conduct towards the facility or other customers.
