Marina Azzurra Resort

On the left bank of the river Tagliamento, about 2 kilometres away from the river’s mouth, acting as a natural border between the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto regions, Marina Azzurra Resort – a new and innovative project by Europa Tourist Group – rose.

The resort, inaugurated on May 2019, rise on a 120,000 sq. m green surface, only a few steps away from Lignano Riviera’s zoological park Parco Zoo Punta Verde, and only 2.5 km away from the beaches and town centres of both Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione.

Marina Azzurra Resort is an exclusive tourist complex made up of houseboats, each capable of hosting up to 6 people. Tourists will have a chance to experience something unique, while taking in all the shades and colours of the beautiful river Tagliamento. Guests can enjoy the rich breakfasts and delicious dinners on the floating Clubhouse boat, or choose the takeaway service and enjoy their meals in the quiet of their houseboat.

Among the services offered will be the possibility to rent an electric boat or a bicycle to explore the surroundings, or to relax at the swimming pool park or on the private beach, or cook some amazing grilled fish or meat in the barbecue area. Not to mention a children playground in the shades, a tennis court and a multifunctional sports field where you can practise five-a-side football, volleyball or basketball.
