Crossfit is a sport that combines a set of movements performed with free weights and high intensity body to tone all the muscles.
The CrossFit was born to be suitable for anyone regardless of their level of physical preparation and Fitness. The workouts are called WOD (workout of day) and are practicable by everyone: to change depending on your level of training are the intensity and the load, but not the type of exercise.
