EXCURSION DETAILS

The meeting point is the Beach Village at the beach office 7 - Sabbiadoro, Lungomare Trieste 9/A. From here we will depart for a metabolic walk along the shore of our beautiful golden beach up to the Red Lighthouse.

The first light of the morning gives a magical atmosphere, becoming the ideal moment for walking. The sea with its mild and lulling climate is the perfect environment to recharge with positive energy by walking with your feet directly on the sand.

Fitwalking is the "art of walking", a form of fast and dynamic walking that transforms a daily act into a moment of sport and health.
This technique can be practiced by anyone, you just need to know how to overcome laziness! Then come with us to tone your body during the first light of day by actively walking in front of the sea.

The Awakening Walk takes place from June to mid-September on alternate Mondays from 7am to 8am.
