The open air, the continuous swaying of the sea and the sandy soil make the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro suitable for practicing aerobics.

The entertainers of the entertainment team will guide you in this explosive activity, accompanied by the rhythm of the most beautiful songs of the summer.

Every day, from June to the beginning of September, you can take part in one of the totally free aerobics lessons held in the entertainment villages on the beach, open to everyone!

The step classes on the Lignano beaches are held at:

If you prefer to stay active on the beach, remember that in addition to aerobics classes the entertainers organise free fitness classes every day from June to September (not just aerobics classes but also zumba, step, water aerobics, aquatone, yoga, etc.). Please contact the staff in the entertainment villages for more information on the daily and weekly schedule.
