The 2026 Musikè Wind Band Festival, organized by Anbima FVG, was founded in 2018 as a project to promote local musical folklore, the senior and youth band tradition, with a particular focus on unusual yet attractive venues for passionate and curious tourists, attracting a diverse audience to discover Friuli.
The Festival began with performances in mountain resorts (malghe and refuges), but in the last three editions it has expanded to include the towns of Aquileia and Lignano Sabbiadoro, reaching an audience of 250 spectators per event.
For the 2026 edition, we propose a schedule of four performances:
- Saturday, July 18
- Wednesday, July 29
- Saturday, August 1
- Saturday, August 29
in the square in front of the Church of San Giovanni Bosco in Lignano Sabbiadoro; the program will feature some of the bands selected from the 94 Band Associations associated with Anbima FVG, including the Camillo Borgna Band and the Majorettes Furlanutes di Madrisio APS.
The repertoire will range from beloved film soundtracks to traditional folk songs and well-known classical music, offering an engaging program suitable for a wide and diverse audience.
The events will be in collaboration with the Banda Circolo Musicale L. Garzoni di Lignano APS.
