Opening of the 2025 Beach Season

On Saturday, May 3, the opening of the 2025 beach season will take place at Palapineta in Lignano Pineta. It will be an opportunity to officially kick off summer 2025 for professionals and the general public, as well as a chance to talk about Lignano Sabbiadoro and tourism with distinguished guests.

Program of the 2025 Opening Ceremony:

9:30 AM – Presentation of the book "LIGNANO BETWEEN BLUE AND GOLD. Advertising images in the history of a holiday town", curated by Lara Gonzo and Ivana Battaglia (Bottega Errante Edizioni).
A journey through posters, flyers, and brochures that have helped build the myth of Lignano.
Presented by publisher Mauro Daltin.

Welcome coffee for guests starting at 9:15 AM.

10:30 AM – Official opening ceremony of the 2025 beach season, in the presence of local authorities, within the talk: "Meeting of Visions – Tourism, Sport and Culture between Trends and Opportunities", moderated by journalist Stefano Zurlo with special guests.
Free admission.

The day will conclude with the national premiere of the film "L'isola degli idealisti" at Cinecity at 9:00 PM, inspired by the novel of the same name by Giorgio Scerbanenco, with director Elisabetta Sgarbi attending.
A special event that launches the Lignano Noir 2025 festival.
