The most colorful run ever is coming to Lignano Sabbiadoro!

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, the fourth edition of the HoliRun returns to the beautiful seaside resort in Friuli Venezia Giulia — Italy’s most colorful non-competitive run.

A truly unique event combining movement, music, nature, and an explosion of colors in an atmosphere of pure joy and sharing. Inspired by the traditional Indian “Holi” festival, the HoliRun is much more than a race: it is an experience open to everyone — adults, children, families, groups of friends, and even pets.

Registration is free for children under 12 and for young people with disabilities and includes (where applicable) a race kit featuring the official t-shirt, color powder pack, branded bag, gadgets, and much more.

Run together with your four-legged friend and enjoy an afternoon dedicated to inclusion and fun. The approximately 5 km route winds through the seaside, pinewoods, and green areas, with colorful powder stations animated by the event staff.

Participants will also be welcomed by a lively event village featuring entertainment, activities, stands, and music.

The HoliRun is also environmentally friendly: the colored powders used are non-toxic, dermatologically tested, and easily washable, ensuring safe and sustainable fun for everyone.
