Reggae is more than just music; it is a cultural, political, and spiritual movement recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. During this event, Steve Giant—DJ, radio host, and editor of Rastasnob magazine—will guide the audience through the roots and evolution of this universal phenomenon.

The origins of the rhythm: Its roots in 1960s and 1970s Jamaica and the sound system culture.
Rasta philosophy: The message of peace, social empowerment, and the concept of "One Love."
The major icons: From legends like Bob Marley and Dennis Brown to international stars like Shaggy and Sean Paul, as well as the Italian scene (Pitura Freska, Alborosie).

The event is organized by Circolo Culturale Eureka – ETS as part of PordenonePensa, in collaboration with Complotto Adriatico (Music in Village) and the City of Lignano Sabbiadoro, within the framework of "Towards Pordenone Italian Capital of Culture 2027."
