Fake News Festival 2026 – Summer Edition: "Is anybody out there?"
Fake news doesn't take a vacation! For the first time, Lignano Sabbiadoro hosts the Fake News Festival 2026 – Summer Edition, an event created by Prisma APS combining culture, science, satire, and education to train critical thinking and debunk online myths.
The main event tackles a mysterious and fascinating topic: UFOs, aliens, and space-related fake news. How much truth is behind cosmic stories and sighting claims? Between urban legends, historical hoaxes, and collective imagination, science and satire will meet on stage to dissect space myths.
ON STAGE
- Adrian Fartade: Science communicator, astronomer, and social media star with over 510,000 YouTube subscribers and author of popular books on space exploration.
- Lercio Editorial Team (with Vittorio Lattanzi): Italy's most famous satirical team, exposing the flaws of modern media through online journalism parody.
- Moderator: Alice Morettin (Prisma APS).
