Esterno Verde – Beyond Lignano

On September fifth and sixth, and September twelfth and thirteenth, two weekends await you to explore the landscape and identity of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

The first edition of "Esterno Verde – Oltre Lignano" is here: a festival that over two weekends will take you on a journey to discover the most hidden and fascinating historical, natural, and architectural heritage of the peninsula, from the lagoon to the Tagliamento river.

What to expect:

First weekend (September fifth – sixth): Thematic itineraries and free guided walks focused on history, nature, and urban planning. From the origins of the earliest settlements to the pioneers of tourism, right up to the architectural comparison between Pineta and Riviera. On Saturday, September fifth, do not miss the live show of the narrative podcast "C’è vita nel grande nulla agricolo".
Second weekend (September twelfth – thirteenth): Extraordinary public openings of iconic and exclusive sites, such as the rooftop terrace of Torre Ariston, Casa Romanelli, the floating village of Marina Azzurra Resort, the Golf Club, Villa D'Olivo, and the wisteria-covered stone bridge at Hotel Marin featuring an illustration exhibition. The event will end at sunset on Sunday, September thirteenth, on Isola delle Conchiglie with maritime stories and legends.
