On Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, at 8.30pm Parco San Giovanni Bosco will host the final leg of the Friuli Venezia Giulia tour by one of Ukraine’s most prestigious artistic ensembles: the National Honored Academic Transcarpathian Folk Choir.

This grand folk performance with free admission combines choral singing, music, traditional dances, and authentic costumes for an emotional journey into Ukrainian folk culture, showing how art and music can tear down every border.

Music, Culture, and Solidarity: The SolidaRoad 2026 Project

The "Beyond Borders" tour officially launches SolidaRoad 2026, an international cooperation project promoted by Associazione San Luigi Scrosoppi ETS alongside its Italian and Ukrainian partners. The project was created to provide concrete support for children, youth, and families living through the consequences of war, including orphans and children with disabilities.

Throughout the evening, visitors can freely support the project with a voluntary donation. Funds raised will help finance educational programs, inclusion initiatives, and summer hosting projects in Friuli Venezia Giulia for young people arriving from Transcarpathia.

Free entry (voluntary donations welcome in support of the SolidaRoad project).
