Easy Fish, the 5th edition of Northern Adriatic Sea Fish Festival has just ended
From 14 to 16 June Lungomare Trieste and Terrazza a Mare square were the heart of Easy Fish, a food and wine event that celebrates the fish of the Northern Adriatic Sea and products of excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
Easy Fish, now in its 5th edition, this year has been renewed with a new external tent building that hosted show cookings, a gala dinner and presentations by famous chefs. The Easy Fish Village was reconfirmed: a village with gazebo whereproducers - mostly from Friuli Venezia Giulia region - offered street food based on fish, craft beers and excellent wine.
The 2019 edition of Easy Fish has seen a great participation that has brought to Lungomare Trieste during the three evenings many visitors attracted by the chance to taste delicacies: a beautiful opportunity to give luster to the regional food and wine and to Italian excellences.
Under the artistic direction of Fabrizio Nonis, Michelin-starred chefs such as Emanuele Scarello, Andrea Canton, Giancarlo Perbellini and Bobo Cerea followed one another on stage. Famous chefs of Italian television such as Diego Bongiovanni, Andrea Mainardi, Roberto Valbuzzi, Bruno Vanzan and David Povedilla entertained the public with their dishes and their charme. We also had the opportunity to give space to regional chefs thanks to the "Dalle Malghe al Mare" format .
