From an idea of Enrico Salvadori, owner of Monaco Suites Hotel, in 2024 the fusion between the historical and traditional restaurant Al Bancut, lead by Arnaldo Anastasia for more than 40 years with Petra, and the simple innovation of The Taste Restaurant is born, lead by the chef Rudi Santuz in the ever-changing heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
