BOOKINGS
To avoid arguments and frustration, prior to making the booking we advise you to pay attention to the period, the name of the beach establishment and the type of service you want.
The choices you make shall be displayed before payment is made, and sent to you by e-mail to the address entered while making the booking.
To complete the reservation it is necessary to register on the website.
BEACH OFFICES AND TYPE OF BEACH LOT
On the website lignanosabbiadoro.it it is possible to book the beach services of the beach offices managed by the company Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni SpA n. 1, 1 bis, 1 ter, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 17, 18, all located on the beach of Sabbiadoro.
Three types of service can be booked online:
- Standard umbrellas (colored) of 2.00 m. in diameter, positioned at a distance between umbrella and umbrella from 3.60 meters to 4.00 meters. Standard online equipment 2 sunbeds.
Standard umbrellas are available in all beach offices. - White umbrellas of 3.00 meters in diameter, positioned at a distance between umbrella and umbrella from 5.50 meters to 6.00 meters. Standard online equipment 2 sunbeds.
(they differ from standard umbrellas in terms of the size of the shaded area and space available).
White umbrellas are available at 1 TER, 4, 7, 17, 18 offices. - Gazebo measuring 3.00 x 4.00 meters (VIP area office 7) and 3.00 x 3.00 meters (VIP area office 10) positioned at a distance of 4.00 meters.
Standard online equipment 3 sunbeds, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table - MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE
Customers who rent a gazebo have free access to the hot tubs located in the corresponding area (access allowed from 10 years of age) according to the scheduled opening times and days - consult the VIP area regulations for more information.
The gazebos are available in the VIP AREAS at offices 7 and 10.
The number of rows of umbrellas available for each beach office may vary according to the depth of the beach.
No additions can be made by online booking. Instead, additional furnishings can be requested at the concerned beach office the day you arrive, depending on availability with a limit of 1 additional piece of furnishing per beach lot.
The rental of single sun loungers, decker chairs and changing rooms as well as the season reduced-price ticket from 14th row on, are bookable only addressing to the beach office of reference and can be approved according to the temporary availability.
BOOKING CONSTRAINTS
From Monday to Thursday
One day minimum booking
For early bookings that include Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday you have to book a minimum of 5 days.
Week in progress
For bookings that include Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday you have to book a minimum of:
- 5 days if you book on Monday or Tuesday
- 4 days if you book on Wednesday
- 3 days if you book on Thursday
- 2 days if you book on Friday
- 1 day if you book on Saturday or Sunday
The rules above DO NOT APPLY to standard beach umbrellas from row eleven on or to gazebos in beach office n. 10 and white beach umbrellas in any beach office from row nine on.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND CHANGES
It is not possible to cancel or change the online booking once it has been made.
Eventual changes can be made directly at the local beach office during the opening hours.
Amounts paid shall not be refunded, not even if the booking was not used due to bad weather, high tides, heavy seas, natural disasters, etc.
DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS
Any vouchers are not applicable to online bookings but only by contacting the relevant beach office.
Discounts are available for people with disabilities.
To obtain the aforementioned discounts, it is necessary to book directly at the reference beach office, bringing the necessary documentation with you.
PAYMENT
The system allows for paying only credit cards enabled for online bookings (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro). The process uses Monte dei Paschi Bank gateway payment method that is quick and safe and enables you to place your order in real time at no extra charge.
Once the payment procedure starts you have 27 minutes to complete the operation. If the payment isn’t completed within the required time the booking will be cancelled and the reserved beach umbrellas will be released and soon available on the website.
It’s not possible to cancel the booking made or pay for online bookings through bank transfer or Paypal.
It is not possible to proceed with refundings, neither partial.
Bookings for amounts less than €50.00 shall be paid in full online when the booking is made. For bookings for amounts between €50.00 and €250.00, you can choose to pay the whole amount or make a deposit of €50.00. For bookings amounting to over €250.00 online payment of a deposit of 20% of the total is required.
On the day of arrival the balance of the booking must be paid at the beach office of the beach lot booked. Customers of beach office No. 1/TER must go to beach office No. 4. If the balance is not paid, beach equipment shall be considered booked for the number of days equal to the sum paid as deposit. After that time it shall be considered free and the customer can no longer use it.
ON THE BEACH
Once the booking has been paid in full, the customer can go straight to the beach lot booked without having to pass through the ticket office of the beach office. At any rate in case of need we advise you to go to the lifeguard to be accompanied to your beach umbrella.
The system sends you a receipt of payment by e-mail with all details of the booking.
In case you couldn’t print the booking confirmation you can display it on your smartphone or ask for a copy to the local beach office.
To be able to use your beach umbrella or gazebo you have to arrive on the beach with the invoice that you will exhibit to the lifeguard in case of checks.
