Meet Seychelles tortoises

Take part to the experience that will allow you to have a close encounter with these fantastic ancient animals. It will be an opportunity to prepare them a tasty snack and find out if the thick carapace that protects them is sensitive to our touch.

The unique experiences at the Zoo from this year are enriched with a new activity: the encounter with the Seychelles tortoises. Together with the expert it will be possible to enter the department of the Zoo's longest-lived animals, learn about their secrets and take care of them. It will be an opportunity to prepare a tasty snack for them and find out if the thick shell that protects them is sensitive to our touch.

The activity will take place in full respect of our specimens, adapting to their times.
Admission is allowed to a maximum of 4 people at a time to ensure an exclusive experience for each participant.

From 08.06 to 30.09.2021 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3.00 pm. Days and times are subject to change based on weather conditions.
Cost of the activity: € 8.00, in addition to the entrance ticket to the Park
Minimum age: 5 years
Duration: about 30 minutes
Clothing: the use of closed shoes is recommended
