Excursion to the Stella River Springs by e-bike

An itinerary that follows the path of spring water.

EXCURSION DETAILS

Meeting point at 9:15 AM at the Bike Point of Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni, located at Beach Office 7 in Sabbiadoro. The tour continues to the Porto Vecchio Marina, where participants board the TPL FVG maritime service with e-bikes on board, heading to Marano Lagunare.

Once disembarked at the Old Fish Market of Marano Lagunare, the bike ride resumes towards the Stella River, passing through Muzzana and its lowland woods. In Pocenia, the river is crossed, and the ride continues on the new riverside cycle path, right along the water’s edge, up to Ariis.

There, you’ll visit the park of Villa dei Conti Ariis, where the river is born from its natural spring pools. From Ariis, the itinerary returns to Marano following the same route.

The excursion takes place from mid-June to mid-September every Monday, from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM.

Appropriate clothing is recommended.

The ferry service fee is to be paid by the hiker. Lunch is at the participants' discretion and expense.
