The Vinibuoni d'Italia guide, published by the Italian Touring Club, renews the appointment with the event by the sea at the Pineta Beach Restaurant in Lignano: 150 selected wines from all over Italy for a tasting during a 4-handed dinner.
“A sea of taste” will take place on Tuesday 27 August at 8.00 pm, on the terrace of the beach office 3 in Lignano Pineta.
Giuseppe Gabrieli, resident chef of the Pineta Beach Restaurant, and Kevin Gaddi, traveling chef Ambassador of taste, will accompany us on a gastronomic journey that tells the story of Friuli Venezia Giulia with its PDOs, San Daniele Ham and Montasio Cheese, and other typical branded products “Io Sono Friuli Venezia Giulia”, which testifies to the sustainability of regional agri-food companies and the traceability of the raw materials with which the branded products are made.
Paired with 150 wines from all over Italy, selected by the guide, which represent a cross-section of the best of the peninsula's wine production.
Places for the event are limited and booking is mandatory, the cost of dinner, including free tasting of all the wines, is €60.
