A day dedicated to Calisthenics, sport and aggregation: on Saturday 21 September "Old School Calisthenics by Caligram" arrives in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a unique event in the Italian panorama organized by the Monfalcone sports association Caligram.
The event will take place in the setting of the free beach between beach office 11 and beach office 13 in Sabbiadoro and will see the participation of Italian, European and world calisthenics champions, who will guide the training day: the objective of the workshops morning is to allow athletes to compete with the most representative champions of the discipline and improve their pulling, pushing and verticalism skills.
"Old School Calisthenics by Caligram" will not just be sport and physical activity: the Mazzuchin farm in Ronchi dei Legionari will take care of food and beverage and IAM Spazio Eventi will take care of entertainment with DJs.
Participation in the event is free.
PLAN
- 10.00 am: Workshop organized by the calisthenics champions guests of the event, aimed at improving their pulling, pushing and verticalism skills (estimated duration of 3 hours)
- 1.00pm: Lunch break
- 3.30pm: DJ sets, performances and competitions
- 8.00 pm: Greeting of the guest athletes, group photo and end of the event
