The Swedish power metal band HammerFall returns to Italy by popular demand with a single unmissable summer show, set for Sunday, September 14 at 9:00 PM on the stage of the Lignano Sunset Festival, at Arena Alpe Adria in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
Among the many awards received, Rock Hard included their 1997 debut Glory To The Brave in its book The 500 Greatest Rock & Metal Albums of All Time. Their 2000 album Renegade reached number 1 in their home country and went gold. In 2002, Crimson Thunder produced the seminal Hearts On Fire, also certified gold. The band has played everywhere from India to Australia and shared the stage with the greatest in the world, from Iron Maiden and Rammstein to Ronnie James Dio.
In 2014, (r)Evolution topped the Billboard Heatseekers chart and reached high positions in the Swedish rankings. Their latest albums are Hammer of Dawn (2022) and Avenge the Fallen (2024), both highly praised by fans.
The event is organized by Zenit srl, in collaboration with the City of Lignano Sabbiadoro, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, and PromoTurismoFVG.
