On Saturday, July 5, 2025, the eagerly awaited final and only stage of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Skateboarding Championship – Street discipline will take place in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
The event, organized by Thankyouskateboarding A.S.D. with the patronage of the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Skate Italia, and supported by numerous partners, marks the most anticipated and conclusive appointment of the regional skateboarding season.
Activities will kick off in the morning with the athlete check-in (registered via the LiveHeats platform), followed by qualification rounds and finals. At the end of the competition, the 2025 Regional Champions will be announced in the following categories:
- Junior Male and Female (ages 8–13)
- Senior Male and Female (ages 14 and up)
- Master Male (35 and up)
From 5:00 PM, the skatepark will turn into a playground for free and thrilling skateboarding: open Jam Sessions and Best Trick Contests with cash and gear prizes provided by sponsors. The program includes:
- Game of Skate
- Mini Ramp Jam
- Hippie Jump Contest
- Cash4Tricks during the Big Session
- Death Race
The day will end with a live music Jam Session at 9:30 PM, a festive moment of community and celebration.
Throughout the event, food & drinks will be provided by Chiosco Buon Bicchiere.
