This year Lignano Sabbiadoro will host the 3x3 National Youth Basketball Finals organized by the Italian Basketball Federation, in collaboration with Verde Sport, the sports branch of the Benetton Group.
The event will take place in the main square Marcello d'Olivo which for the occasion will be set up with 4 3x3 courts facing the sea. The event will start on 2 September and will last until 8 September, welcoming the male and female teams under 14, under 16 and under 18 representing each Region of Italy.
More than 400 athletes are expected to compete in a series of competitions to win the Scudetto and who will arrive in Lignano with their respective coaches and families for a week of partying and basketball, under the banner of healthy competition and sociability.
