On Saturday 13th August, the concert "Ennio Morricone - la Musica, Il Cinema" will be held at the Beach Arena Village, whose soloist and conductor will be Roberto Fabbriciani and the soprano will be Susanna Rigacci who will be accompanied by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Orchestra.
Ennio Morricone, famous all over the world, was a courageous composer and experimenter. Ennio Morricone: Music, Cinema, conceived by Roberto Fabbriciani, his long-time collaborator, is a program that contains famous themes from films and pure music. Together with Roberto Fabbriciani, soloist and conductor, the soprano Susanna Rigacci participates, the only vocal interpreter and much loved by Morricone in the last 20 years of her concert activity and the FVG Orchestra.
Roberto Fabbriciani, flutist and composer, was born in Arezzo. He is internationally recognized among the best performers. Roberto Fabbriciani has innovated the flute technique by multiplying the sound possibilities of the instrument with personal research. He has collaborated with the greatest composers of our time, who have dedicated numerous and important works to him which he performed for the first time. He has played as a soloist with leading conductors from around the world and has performed in concerts at numerous prestigious theaters and musical institutions, including the Scala in Milan, the Berlin Philharmonic and the Royal Festival Hall in London. He is the author of musical works and didactic texts adopted in the paths of international music teaching, published by Ricordi and Suvini Zerboni.
Susanna Rigacci was born in Sweden into a family of musicians (her father is composer, pianist and conductor Bruno Rigacci) and graduated with full marks and honors from the "L. Cherubini ”of Florence. She later perfected herself with Gina Cigna and Iris Adami Corradetti, under whose guidance she affirms herself at the “Maria Callas” International Competitions (RAI Competition), and “Sängerförderungspreis” at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, where she achieves the absolute first prize. Winner of the Battistini Competition in Rieti, she made her debut in Rosina at the Barber of Seville. He later sang in major Italian theaters and opera houses and abroad. Susanna Rigacci sings in six languages, has a large operatic repertoire that includes both Baroque operas and coloratura roles in Mozart's opera, as well as Italian belcanto and the Rossini repertoire. She dedicates herself more and more frequently to the contemporary repertoire, invited by prestigious organizations such as the Venice Biennale and the Barbican Center in London. She teaches vocal technique at the European Academy in Florence and is often invited to hold master classes in conservatories in Italy and in foreign universities.
