Easy Fish - Fish Festival in North Adriatic coast

From 4 to 7 September 2025, Easy Fish returns to Lignano Sabbiadoro – the festival dedicated to the fish of the Upper Adriatic and the food and wine excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Four days of exciting new features and cherished traditions, in a unique seaside atmosphere, with showcooking, tastings, street food and pairings with the region’s finest wines.

What you’ll find:

Street Food Area – Along Lungomare Trieste, offering fish dishes and regional specialties: from mixed fried fish to fish burgers, from oysters with craft beer to the classic fish & chips.
Showcooking Area – At the Beach Village, three evenings of free showcooking presented by Fabrizio Nonis with top local chefs, guests, and familiar faces from Italian TV cooking shows.
Regional Wine Bar – Selected wines from the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Friuli Venezia Giulia, served by AIS sommeliers in a sea-view lounge area.
Gourmet Area – Signature dishes freshly prepared by twelve restaurants from the region, with three themed evenings: The Sea (4/9), The Hinterland (5/9) and The Mountains (6/9).

On Saturday, 6 September 2025, from around 9:45 PM, as part of the Easy Fish program, don’t miss the special event with GeGè Telesforo and his new live project – a return to the artist’s roots, paying tribute to the blues and the jazz-groovy sounds of the late 1950s.
