Carnival, the most colorful celebration of the year, is coming to Lignano Sabbiadoro!
On Sunday, March 22nd, 2026, the event will kick off at 2:00 PM with musical entertainment, and at 3:00 PM the streets of Lignano Pineta will come alive with a parade of masks and allegorical floats arriving from Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The parade will start from Piazza Marcello D’Olivo and, after filling the streets of Lignano with color, will return to the starting point.
In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to Sunday, March 29th.
The event is organized by the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro in collaboration with the Carnival of Concordia Sagittaria.
