Avantasia, the renowned musical project led by Tobias Sammet, returns to Italy in summer 2026 for an exclusive national date. The concert, scheduled for 8 June 2026 at the Arena Alpe Adria in Lignano Sabbiadoro, will inaugurate the new edition of the Lignano Sunset Festival.
The German supergroup, a global icon of symphonic power metal, comes to Lignano following the great success of their recent show at Alcatraz in Milan. With ten albums, top positions in international charts, gold records and sold-out tours across Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America, Avantasia has been one of the most influential and distinctive names in the metal scene for over 25 years.
The event is organized by Zenit srl, in collaboration with the City of Lignano Sabbiadoro, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, and PromoTurismoFVG.
