A filo d’acqua 2025 – Words, Art and Music for Peace

Two special evenings dedicated to reflection, music and art, to nurture spaces of peace and solidarity. Lignano in Fiore ODV, together with Dome Aghe e Savalon d’Aur and in collaboration with local associations, presents the 2025 edition of “A filo d’acqua”, an event that intertwines culture and spirituality in a unique setting between city and sea.

Thursday, 28 August – Lignano Duomo, 8:45 PM
The first evening will focus on the theme of prophecy as a clear-sighted vision of the present.
Talk by Vito Di Piazza, physician and brother of don Pierluigi Di Piazza, founder of the Ernesto Balducci Center in Zugliano.
Musical performance by guitarist Marco Di Lena and flutist Federica Floreancig, introduced by Massimo De Bortoli.

Friday, 29 August – from 8:15 PM
Departure from Piazza Abbazia – arrival at the Beach Arena

Street performance “Bianche presenze” by Accademia Creativa: stilt walkers, butterflies, angels and luminous figures will create a magical atmosphere leading to the sea.
Along the way, unveiling of the sand sculpture “Embrace of Peace” by master sculptors Mario Vittadello and Ornella Scrivante.

All donations collected during the event will be donated to Doctors Without Borders.

A unique occasion that blends words, music and art to inspire hope and embrace peace and solidarity.
