8:30 AM – Bike tour to the Val Grande Nature Reserve in Bibione

Starting from the Bike Point (Beach office n. 7 of Lignano Sabbiadoro), we’ll follow the seafront cycle path to the X-River ferry pier in Lignano Riviera. From here, we’ll cross the Tagliamento River by boat and land on the Bibione side. After a short ride through the scenic lighthouse area, we’ll head into the town center toward the Val Grande Oasis**.

There begins a truly unique experience: the tour continues on trails usually closed to the public, offering an authentic off-the-beaten-track immersion in the wild beauty of the valley, all by bike.

We’ll return to Lignano via the X-River ferry.

*The round-trip X-River ferry ticket (€2) is not included and must be paid directly to the ferry operator.

8:30 AM – Bike & Boat Tour to discover Vallevecchia

From the Bike Point (Beach office n. 7 of Lignano Sabbiadoro) we’ll cycle along the seafront to the X-River pier* in Lignano Riviera, cross the Tagliamento River by boat and head through Bibione to Porto Baseleghe.

Here we’ll board the X-Lagoon ferry**, which will take us to the Vallevecchia Visitor Center in Caorle.

From there, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of the nature reserve and the Brussa area, home to the region’s only completely natural beach.

After a lunch break, we’ll return to Lignano Sabbiadoro through the historical land reclamation basins—where nature and history meet.

*X-River ticket (€1) not included.

9:00 AM – Cycling the Countryside: a slow tour through the inland landscapes

We’ll depart from the Bike Point (Beach office n. 7 of Lignano Sabbiadoro) and follow the scenic Stella River, cycling through green landscapes and peaceful atmospheres until we reach the charming village of Precenicco.

Here, among quiet alleyways and authentic views, we’ll learn about the history and identity of this unique area.

After a short break and crossing the river, the tour continues to Palazzolo dello Stella, another gem of the Friulian countryside.

We’ll visit key historical and cultural landmarks, immersing ourselves in local life and admiring the architecture that tells stories of centuries past.

Lunch will be a moment of relaxation before we ride back to Lignano, once again enjoying the beauty of the rural landscape.
