"La Tosta", the craft beer from Lignano Sabbiadoro, has arrived
The Spiaggia Viva Consortium of Lignano Sabbiadoro has promoted a circular economy and sustainability project that will bring the new "tough but fresh beer" to our beach!
From this summer, in fact, in the main venues of Lignano it will be possible to taste La Tosta, the craft beer of Lignano Sabbiadoro inspired by beach life, the sound of the waves on the shore, the beauty of summer days.
La Tosta is an easy-drinking golden ale produced according to the principles of sustainability and circular economy, thanks to the fermentation of leftover bread from the kiosks and restaurants on the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
But not only! From the cultivation of barley, to the supply of energy resources, up to the packaging in cans, La Tosta guarantees savings along the entire production chain, establishing itself as a pilot project against food waste at a regional and national level.
Furthermore, La Tosta is produced by Birrificio Forum Iulii, a brewery inspired by the principles of environmental sustainability located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, demonstrating how deep the bond of this innovative product with the local territory is.
In fact, La Tosta immediately obtained the Io Sono Friuli Venezia Giulia product brand, which testifies the sustainability of the Region's businesses by tracing the origin of agri-food production.
The official presentation of Lignano craft beer will be held on Wednesday 8 May from 7.00 pm in the setting of the Tenda Bar in Lignano Pineta. On this occasion it will be possible to taste La Tosta, savoring the taste of summer to the rhythm of Tommy Vee Dj's records.
