The most beloved tour for cycle tourists, leading to the discovery of Marano Lagunare. Cross the hinterland of the Lower Friuli region by bicycle and return by motorboat through the placid waters of the lagoon.
EXCURSION DETAILS
Starting from the Bike Point at Beach Office 7 in Sabbiadoro, the route heads towards the cycle path that runs along the bank of the Tagliamento river. Upon reaching Gorgo, it follows a dirt track leading to Precenicco. Afterward, you will cross the cycle bridge over the Stella river and follow another stretch of dirt road until reaching the most anticipated point of the route: the crossing of the famous Muzzana forest.
Arrival in Marano Lagunare is scheduled for lunchtime, where local restaurants offer traditional fish dishes (lunch is at the excursionist's expense). After lunch, you will return to Lignano by motorboat using the TPL FVG connection.
The total length of the cycling route is approximately 40 kilometers and is covered on city bikes. Given the length of the route and the long stretches of dirt road, it is recommended to participate only if you have a good level of fitness.

Boat transfers must be paid directly to the service provider. Lunch is at the discretion and expense of the participants.
