From Summer 2021 the Technogym gym it's situated at the Lignano Sabbiadoro n. 7 beach office, inside the Beach Village, the entertainment village which already includes many sport and fun activities.
The Technogym gym is an evolution of the gym introduced in 2017 at the 1TER office in Sabbiadoro which in the summer of 2018 was moved to a tensile structure located directly on the beach and enriched with new equipment.
The machines can be used free of charge by beach customers who wish to stay fit even on vacation.
The Technogym gym is open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and counts twelve tools as a dumbbell and auxiliary muscles for the exercise of the legs and arms for toning your arms.
The fitness offer of the Technogym gym is added to the spinning area which in 2022 will be integrated with new equipment. Both are well integrated with the fitness activities carried out daily by the animation staff.
