The beach turns into a real outdoor gym with invigorating spinning lessons!
At the Beach Village, at the beach office 7 of Sabbiadoro, in the spinning area with free access, background music accompanies the group spinning, led by an energetic and qualified instructor.
Spinning has won over lovers of cycling and is an excellent fat burner, so you can keep in tip-top form, even on holiday. During the free courses that take place in the spinning area on the beach, an attempt is made to lead the cyclist through a virtual journey in which concentration and involvement lead the mind to overcome physical fatigue and thus increase one's organic abilities.
The Spinning Area is accessible every day from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
The free courses are included in the animation program which runs from May to September.
