Bidin is one of several historical restaurants in Lignano Sabbiadoro that carries a family name. It offers refined and carefully prepared cuisine from traditional maritime cooking, which is mainly based around local fish. It is an elegant and much loved restaurant. The tavern with kitchen is nice and pleasant and is a meeting point for the "Tajut" ritual.
