The Rosa restaurant is an intimate and romantic environment with a small tavern where you can have a pre-dinner aperitif or two.
The dishes are almost exclusively seafood inspired. The crudités, tagliolini noodles with fasolari clams and salt-crusted Piran sea bass are expertly paired to a vast choice of regional wines.
Open all year, themed evenings are organised during the winter so as to rediscover the flavours of other regions.

from November to February closed all day Sunday and Monday evening. Restaurant opening times for the winter season: from noon -2.30 pm and from 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm. In the summer season from noon – 2.00 pm and from 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm
