The Rosa restaurant is an intimate and romantic environment with a small tavern where you can have a pre-dinner aperitif or two.
The dishes are almost exclusively seafood inspired. The crudités, tagliolini noodles with fasolari clams and salt-crusted Piran sea bass are expertly paired to a vast choice of regional wines.
Open all year, themed evenings are organised during the winter so as to rediscover the flavours of other regions.
