A bike excursion to discover the surroundings of Lignano and the fresh waters that touch its territory, the Stella River and the Tagliamento River!

EXCURSION DETAILS

Starting from the Terrazza a Mare and following the cycle path that leads to Aprilia Marittima, you reach Via Capo Nord where a dirt path begins which, skirting the Marano lagoon and the mouth of the Stella river, leads to the small church of Santa Maria della Neve, in the locality of Titiano : crossing a luxuriant countryside, you reach Casali del Mol. From here the return to Lignano will begin, you will reach the new cycle path in Gorgo di Latisana which runs along the Tagliamento river. Continuing on this cycle path on the river bank you will arrive as far as Lignano Sabbiadoro.

From June to mid September the cycling tour of Stella River takes place every Tuesday from 8.15 am to 1.00 pm and it is a 45km-ride.
