- 8:00 am – Opening registration and bibs collection for both men's and women's race (PALAPINETA)
Women's race
- 8:30 am – Opening of the women's change area
- 9:30 am – Closing of the women's change area
- 9:45 am – Briefing women’s race (Bar Tenda)
- 10:15 am – Start of the women's race - start of the 1st swimming battery
- 12:30 am – End of women’s race
Men’s race
- 8:30 am – Opening of the men's change area
- 11:30 am – Closing of the men's change area
- 11:45 am – Briefing men’s race (Bar Tenda)
- 12:15 am – Start of the men’s race – start of the 1st swimming battery
- 2:45 pm – End of men’s race
- 3:00 pm – Pasta Party (TENDA BAR)
- 4:00 pm – Men's and women's race awards ceremony
